I receive my information in many different forms. Every read is different and Spirit communicates in their own way. When I connect with Spirit, information comes through in a very organic way. It often feels like it simply drops into my mind. I receive it as impressions, thoughts, images, or intuitive insights rather than a fixed script. I don’t force it, and I don’t interpret it alone. As the information comes through, we’ll look at it together and explore how it applies to your life, your questions, and where you are right now. You’re very much part of the process, and you’re always welcome to share what resonates or ask for clarity as we go. I see this as a collaborative conversation rather than a one-way message.

Your spiritual guides are benevolent sources of support and insight, offering guidance rooted in deep awareness and unconditional care. They do not control, command, or override your choices. Free will is always respected. Their role is not authority, but partnership. I take your anonymity and privacy seriously and I will never share names, personal details, or anything that could identify you. Occasionally, I may reference a general theme, message, or interesting insight that comes through during a session as part of my educational or marketing content. Any shared examples are fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to you. If something ever feels especially sensitive, you are always welcome to let me know, and I will honor that. I choose not to use public review platforms for this work. Sessions can involve sensitive or personal topics, and protecting client privacy matters to me. Feedback shared on my site is offered with consent and reflects the grounded, respectful approach I bring to every session.

All sessions are non-refundable. If you miss your appointment and don't contact me at least 24 hours ahead of your allotted time, you will not be reimbursed. Terms and Cancellation Policy: I, Terry Rizzo and Readings by Terry, require at least 24 hours' notice for any non-emergency cancelled session. You are responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed session. You are also responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any session for which you failed to give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellation notice should be sent by email to me at ReadingsbyTerryOffice@gmail.com. (ReadingsbyTerryOffice@gmail.com.) Additionally, I reserve the right to change or cancel appointments. Should this happen, I will offer a rescheduled time. I also have the right to refuse service or prematurely end a reading.
